Anyone ever see a body-colored shark tooth grill?

Hello All,
I was in a Chrysler dealership today and I bought some argent paint to repaint my sharktooth grill.

I know this is sacrilege, but on the wall they had a grill for a 1971 Cuda painted red (with silver and chrome accents)...so I wondered if anyone had painted their Duster's grille body color?

Does anyone have a picture of such a thing if it exists?

I am debating about painting it all light argent (with black slats) or adding some dark argent to the color scheme...but that's another story.

to me it just makes it look like the painter was too lazy to spend the 20 hours or so it takes to properly mask and paint the grille lol (or the half hour it takes to remove it prior to painting the car).
