Anyone ever take apart a Duster quarter window?

Heres my dilemma. I have a 71 Duster with a 74 Duster quarter window with the ugly plastic handle. Had to put it in when someone broke into the car because its all I had around. I recently bought a 71 quarter window with the chrome handle but the frame and weatherstripping around the glass is pretty beat and definitely would not seal out the rain. How do I go about taking the glass out and putting it in the good frame? Do you have to drill out the rivets on the top and bottom or am I missing an easier way to do this?

Yep, you have to drill the rivets out.

and i found some rivits at lowes that after shorteneng worked great.

not really riits, but kind if an aluminum screw and threaded headed collar anrrangemnet.

also, laysons sells the rubbers. i used them in my resto. work great.
