hi,

i just received a 450 cfm Holley 9776 carb (one of those with man. seconderies but no 2nd squirter pump) used on double carb-ed intakes or tunnel rams)

how about using it on a normal intake ?
engine will be not so spectacular - 318 with 273 heads and an offy dualplane intake, i guess the small cfm will fit nicely on this engine, but do i have to expect worries caused by the man.seconderies on the carb ?
 
Holley R- 9776 is listed as 465 CFM, model 4160 with vacuum secondaries and a sec jet plate instead of a sec. metering block or am i confused.if its what i think it is, you will be fine with some minor adjustments
