Got a used phone but need it unlocked. Who have you used and did it work as easy as it sounds?

Have you tried your local cell phone store ?

What do you mean by un-locked?? I have AT&T and all you have to do is switch out the sim card to make it work. That is if yours is already activated.

What brand is it too? That'll tell you whether or not it can be done.

local cell phone store won't do it. I bought a used phone which was AT&T from the states, to make it work with Rogers in Canada I need to unlock it from AT&T to use my Rogers SIM card. Its a Motorola RZR.
