Anyone have access to All Data or Mitchell labor guides?

Any members in the auto repair trade have access to either All Data or Mitchell labor time guides?
Can you look up the labor time to R & R an automatic transmission, out of a 93 Ford Ranger 4wd, 3.0 liter V-6.
Also with labor time to rebuild the AL4D automatic transmission.
My go to the wrecking yard truck needs the transmission rebuilt, and need to get an idea what shops are going to be dinging me, if they go by book time.

5.4 hours on transmission R&R, and 8.6 hours to overhaul.
