Anyone in Chicago land have a Valve guide cutter for positive seals for rent?

I don't do much with cast iron heads anymore, but I am freshening up a set of heads on a Jeep and would like to put positive seals on it. I hate to buy one for just one set of heads. I have the correct arbor need the cuter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
