It doesn't bolt up to my engine / trans

When i bought it the guy said it was the right one but it definatly is not it is too big

You got the right idea on the trans/engine... it's a dust cover for the torque converter looks like to me. Does it have the Mopar stamp on it?

Could be a dust cover for a big block 10-1/2" or 11" clutch or even a small block. I don't remember if there's a number stamped on it, but there are at least 2 sizes, maybe even 4. Good luck.

Yea i tried bolting it to my friends hemi and it was wrong as well

would this one be only for an automatic? I thiought it was the one for a 4 speed. which i have

it hangs over the bellhousing too much

it looks similar to some but not quite.

there is no number on it
im just trying to find out so i can resell it and get rid of it cuz its obviously not gonna fit my set up

that would make sense then because i think i tried pairing it up with almost anything else and nothing matched.
