I found it between the quarter panel and the trunk extension on my 69 Dart. Is it for the jack or something? I've never seen one like it before.

Looks Like Something Used To Clamp A Camper Shell Onto The Rear Of A Truck.would Hook Under The Bed And Tighten Down On The Top

It's shaped like a clamp for a adjustable bed frame.
To hold two pieces of angle together.
Big enough for that?
