A 16mm very thin crush washer made of stainless steal. It’s for the banjo fuel rail on an edlebrock carb. Looked everywhere, I need 2 of them. No parts stores carry them. Can’t find em on Ebay either. I found nylon washers at part stores. But, they don’t hold up to being removed/reinstalled.

I understand you can use brass, aluminum or nylon. But, I’m not a fan of the nylon ones. And the brass and aluminum look to be way too thick. I searched by many search title in Ebay. These are 16mm inside diameter and 22 mm outside diameter. They can’t be any larger on outside diameter because there is a tit right next to the banjo on the carb. That keeps the fuel rail from turning too much when you take tighten the banjo.

I got mine from Fastenal last time think .035 thick.
What were they made of ? And did those appear to be pretty thin ? These are pretty damn thin. When you start getting into thickness that are a lot thicker than designed for that particular banjo. The holes and torque don’t add up. Leaks

Copper. That pic you posted almost looks like a spark plug gasket, never saw that style on a edelbrock before any one else?

Perhaps your search in mm is causing you to not find what you want.

Go to a real hydraulics shop.
They will have them- called banjo fitting seals.
They will have them in copper, brass and aluminum or some or one and some of another.
They are also used in brake systems.

Yeah, I found the info you stated on Ebay before I posted this. But, wasn’t sure if those sealed banjo washers were gas resistant. Thank you

It’s not a spark plug gasket. Those are 14 mm and are a crush washer. These washers are perfectly flat and nearly thin as a thick piece of paper.

Everyone recognize G-fish for being a genuinely good person. We need more people like him in the world. Thank you, to everyone else also that replied. Let us carry these principles if and when things possibly get bad in people’s lives around us.
