Anyone know where to get a 1" wood/phenolic spacer for the 850 ThermoQuad?

Hi there fella's, all the ones I see online for a spreadbore 4bbl are for the smaller primary TQ's or Quadrajets.. None seem to have the 1.5" primary holes for the 850's.

I'd be looking for a 4 hole one if possible, but I suppose a wide open one would be ok too.

I've heard there is more signal to the carb with the the 4 hole ones. True or not?

True, why not use the plastic spacer that comes with some of the rebuild kits I know it's only 1/4" but you can maybe stack 3 with gaskets and it will probably insulate even better. Use studs to keep everything lined up.

I have seen a phenolic spacer from Wilson for spreadbore carbs on ebay but it is pricey and a thinner one.A search on ebay should yield too many results lol.You can always mill/modify them a little bigger depending on the material.
I think I have a plastic one inch one in the barn.

Yeah thats the only issue with Ebay, they dont list the hole sizes.. lol

Everything I have found is quadrajet or smaller 800cfm sized. unfortunately lol.
