i bought a 833 core/parts 4 speed off a guy and then he tells me he won't ship it after i paid. anyone around this area be able to pickup and ship to me. ill pay for your time and materials. i have a ups account so they'll bring a label and pickup from your loaction.

If you have a ups account, why wouldn't you just have them pick it up from the seller? Will he not package it up?
