Anyone near Des Moines Iowa

As some of you may know I sold the 'cuda. I am looking at a car listed on Minneapolis craigslist which is just west of Des Moines. Wondered if there is anyone on the board that is nearby who might be able to take a look at it for me before I make a 12 hour drive?

I did that once and the knowledgeable person I sent missed LOTS of bad spots on the car and I ended up paying $3000 for a car that was lucky to be worth 1K. I hope you have better luck than I did doing that.

My brother took a chance on a car outside of DesMoines that had been for-sale online for several months.
Drove down there from Mpls and came home with a 1970 GTO Judge Ram Air IV 4sp car with 40k original miles. !
