Hey Mopar buds. I can't seem to find a new gas pedal for a 65' barracuda. I see Layson's restores them, but is there any other vendors out there that sell them new? Classic Industries only sells a different style with horozontal, rather than vertical studs, and slightly different design. Thanks! :D

V8 gas pedals are different from slant six ones. Im not sure if anyone is repoping the V8 style (smooth on the back), someone here will know Im sure.

Thanks man, I'm indeed looking for a V8 pedal. The flat bottom part broke off mine and it has overspray on it and just looks out of place with everything else new.

The best you can do is find a NOS one and that's a challenge. I have a nice used one I'll sell from a V8 64-66 car, send me a PM if interested.

What I know of there isn't any company reproducing them. I know Layson does "restore" them but that's it! I think the next best option is to buy the pedal Keith is offering you.

How about good ol' Gary Goers? He's been making rubber parts for Mopars for decades.

Thanks guys. Keith is hooking me up with a nice used one. :blob:

Got it today Keith thanks! Please leave a buyer feedback when ya can. :prayer:

Edit: tried to leave positive feedback but it keeps saying url is invalid.

How about posting a picture of the front and back of the v8 pedal so we can see the differences.
