Anyone run OER anco style push button wiper blades and frames?

Bought some from classic industry's but realized they dont have the attachment on them to connect to the wiper arm. The factory ones have the attachment point riveted to the wiper frame and these dont. Was wondering what people were doing to use them. Thanks
