I would insure it for what you got in it, or the very least, the amount that would make you stop crying if it drove off a cliff.
New trucks are through the roof concerning pricing and generally used trucks are up in re sale value. But to sell your truck you need to find that person that wants it bad enough to open his wallet. Not saying it’s not a nice truck, it is, just saying the value is with you.

You need to post a bunch more pics to get a fair estimate. However, vintage car insurance is pretty flexible on estimates.
First guess is $7500 based on year. Pics tell the rest of the tale.
