Are 70 & 72 10" drums & parts the same?

I have like new 1970 dart spindles with all brake stuff that was took off a show car, may just put the hole thing on a 72 Dart that's got brake prob., because I would like to keep it drum!
Are they any difference between 72 & 70 brakes & spindle?... Could I steel order 72 brake shoes, wheel bearings & they will be the same?

70-72 should be the same. I can't remember anything being different.
