Are these 340 valve covers?

Found these valve covers in the barn and were wondering if these would be correct for a 1969 Dodge Dart with a 340. Thanks.

Look like late 70s or early 80s with the extra bracket for some of the smog controls. They are also both for the passenger side.

69 340 valve covers have a tall loom/bracket on drivers side. Also pass side has a "cupped loom" for alt, horn and coolant temp wires)
