I located a pair of exhaust manifolds, supposedly off of a 340. I am hoping to find out if they will perform better than stock 318 or 360 manifolds.
Left manifold castings: 3614368, dated 12-17-71
Right manifold casting: 3418623, dated 12-21-71
Seller says they are in good shape, no cracks. I'm not looking for a miracle, just an improvement over stock manifolds. Maybe someday a set of TTI's but not at this time.
Currently my stock 318 has a Holley Street Dominator intake with a Carter 4bbl as well as a 340 cam. The current engine is pretty much worn out, low oil pressure.
The second part of this question is whether or not I will be able to make use of the intake and exhaust when I find my low mile LA360 roller motor...?
Thanks
Mark
