I would only ship them if buyer sets up and pays for the prepaid shipping labels and uses UPS Pick Up or Call Tag service.
If you know of another company that can provide similar serve, please advise.

The raised white letters still have the factory protective latex coating on them but I can't guaranty the letters don't get scuffed in transit.
