asking for carb and intake advice and recommendation

I have a 416 stroker forged dished pistons eq iron ram 2.02 intake 1.625 exhaust hand ported topped with 1.6 roller rockers 507/494 lift and 312/295 dur 243/257@ .05 cam I plan on running a twin turbo setup 2 t3-t04s compression is 8.7 I want to run 92 octane 3500 stall 3.89 gears would like to push 12 pounds of boost if possible
 
A M-1 single plane with a blow through 750 cfm Holley carb.
 
I have a 750 that is begging to be converted. Here are pictures

Turbos deal better with lower gear ratio, will allow you to get more mph and I heard lower stall also
 
I really don't want to change gears right now they are brand neew but the converter I can do I haven't got it yet
