Anyone know of anywhere that may sell an assembly stand for an 8 3/4 rear chunk? Was watching youtube and saw this home made one and thought it was a great idea, BUT the angle iron has to be welded together and i dont weld and dont have a welder either..so simple and goes into an engine stand so it can be turned over easy, but cant weld.

There are advantages to a welded version, but there are alternatives.

You can duplicate that same design, and just substitute the welding at the two lapped joints by drilling holes (see red dots) and assembling with bolts/nuts, and washers if you wish. Not as convenient, but you can also avoid welding the jig pig mounting nuts, by just simply drilling through holes on the angles allowing you to mount the pig by using loose bolts and nuts. A positive of the bolted design is it will also make storage easier, good luck.

I thought about doing just what you said and just bolting it in the corners instead of welding, but im not so sure it would support that heavy pig with just one bolt in each corner where the red dots are..do you think it would?

Use unistrut mant different brackets to use but will be costly. Otherwise cut off wheel and bolts.
If it was me I would buy a welder just because there’s many other uses for it.

Center sections are only 65 lbs

If you make 2 triangles and bolt them to a plate, then bolt the plate to the engine stand, it would be more than strong enough.

Heck you could probably just bolt to triangles to the engine stand

not sure what your meaning by triangles..? I thought the chunk was heavier than that, but heck, im getting old and it all feels heavy anymore..lol

Do what mopar4me suggested drill holes/bolt

You then have 4 more bolts that stabalize/secure the "square" when the center is mounted 2 bolts at 12 o clock, 1 and 3 and 9 o clock
