Assistance with Trim Tag Decoding?

Looking for help decoding a trim tag. I think I got most of it figured out, but I don't understand the directions with the first and second lines. I'm using http://www.earlycuda.org/techdocs/6265FenderTagDecode.pdf as a reference.

First line of numbers there's nothing referenced? I'm presuming these were optional accessories and this car came with none?

Second row of letters doesn't seem to match up well with the document. I'm not sure they mean.

Looks like the third row indicates July 7th, Valiant-Barracuda Six Cyl, Premium, Barracuda, Premium Front Bucket Seat, Vinyl Bench Rear Seat, Gold Interior, Metallic Gold Paint?

No worries. This one has been modified, but I'd like to know how it was originally configured so I can determine what all has been changed. Thanks!

For sure, gold with gold bucket seat interior, and (I think) three speed manual trans. Almost no options.
