Auto to standard shift column conversion question

I converted a 1970 automatic column shift into a floor shift for a 4 speed application.
I have the correct back drive reverse lockout linkage but nothing is working out for the back drive. I’m starting to think the old automatic column is different at the linkage arm at the base of the column. I think it’s clocked wrong for the back drive linkage??
Thoughts?
