Autometer Gauges and Fuel Sending unit issue

Wanting to run autometers but looks like every set of nice gauges im interested in do not offer 73/10 ohms they are all 240/33 and 0/90

Does anyone make a Fuel Sending unit for our cars that is designed to operate in that ohm range?

My Ultra Lite seties gauge has the correct ohms. It's been working with the stock sender for close to a decade.
