What size rear drums came on early 70's A bodies?
I'm trying to figure out if a set of axles someone has for sale ,will fit my Dart. They are from a Demon whith 10" brakes he thinks.
My dart has had the rear brakes changed over to 11" drums, so the distance from the bearing to the flange is .25" farther out, like a B-Body.
Are the 10"B-body brakes the same as the A-body or do they have the .25" extra width like the 11" drum cars?
I do have a 10" B-Body complete brake setup, that I could swap onto the Dart.

They should be 10X1.75" or something. they are real narrow.

The big B and C body brakes are uaually 10X2 or 11X3

That's what I thought, just wanted to be sure.
On to plan B
Fix the body first.
