Epoxy for aluminum industrial strength. I've still got it, but can't think of thw name of the stufd. It's extremely common stuff to get at vatozone.

By hand. They all line up perfectly across them on the inside of the runners. There is no off injector pointing at a different angle or missaligned. I used a strait edge to make sure both axis aligned before starting the epoxy process. If I don't sell it I may finish it one day when I'm bored.
