[WANTED] Backing plates, A Body 8 3/4 10x1-3/4"

I'm looking for 1 to 3 backing plates

I need at minimum 1 passanger side
(Opposite e brake hole from one in the photo)

I would also take another set.

Prefer little to no rust putting.

1967 or 68

10 x 1-3/4

8-3/4


1967 and 68 (note: no piston stop tabs)

69 and up (I don't want these) note the tabs.

There’s no real difference between a body and any other body when it comes to backing plates on the 8 3/4 it’s going to depend on the year

10x1.75 are A body only. Different backing plates for different width shoes.

Then you would know that those are the only ones he can use, due to the unique A body only axle offset. And he can only use the 1 3/4” brake shoes, also an A body only width, Fury would be at least 2”, probably more like 2 1/2”

There is definitely a well known difference between backing plates A body vs B, C, E body 8 3/4 housings.

It looks like they used A body 8 3/4 backing plates on bigger bodies but with 7 1/4

While searching for part numbers, I did see this...
