backspacing

I now have 4 15 X 7 Ventura wheels on my Dart Sport with 4.5 backspacing, I was looking for 2 15 X 8 with the same backspacing but all they make now is with 3.75 backspacing...I was wondering if these would work, and if they would stick out more or less?

Depends on the car. I think they would work fine as long as your car doesn't have the low fenders Like the 70 and earlier darts. If your Sport has fenders like the Duster/Demon I think it would be fine.

The Duster, Demon and sport all have the same body. Just change the grill and tail lights and presto...

That change would move your tire out about 1-1/4" toward the outside. If you have the room it would give your car a whole new look.

My tires are 255/60X15, I might have to roll up the fender lip since I have about 1 1/2 inch to the top of the tire and less than 1" to the bulging sidewall.

Now how do I roll up my fender lip?????

I am running a 15 x 8 with 3.75 backspace and a 27x10.50x15 tire. I did have to roll the fenderwell lip and I am using SS spring. It looks great!!
