I had one in the late 80's. It's nice to know that I once owned one, but I wouldn't want another one. Mine was a FJ5, 4bbl, column auto car.

Don't know about now, because I haven't paid much attention to them. But in 1987, I know of at least one that went for $ 14K!

circa mid 90's.....I had a car buddy that got rabied interested in these winged wonders, ( rather than his fav cars, hemi e bodies).... he had found a guy that had a bunch ( true) and bought 3 bird projects, all v code cars, ( 440-6)each roller each missing some critical part, ie wind, the odd fendrs, or nose. my choice $5000 each. NO they weren't the normal OOS people buy today either. glad I left them alone actually..!!
