Looking for the original stock length negative battery cable length from terminal center to terminal center for 67-69 A body mopar, as well as wire gage used.
Also looking for the length , wire gage ,insulation color , and ring terminal diameter for the engine to body ground straps.
Reason being is that these are pretty expensive as repops. I may be able tp fabricate these with the correct or close to correct ends and sell them direct to y'all way cheaper than what they normally sell for. When you send your info please state weather the info is for a 6, small block, or big block, as i'm sure these cable lengths are different
Typically i see the repop neg batt cable selling for $80, and the engine ground strap go for $19.
I may be able to make both these parts in the correct color and length with a close to OEM moulded lead battery clamp end, and them direct to A body members for less than half these prices. Not sure what the amounts will be for each item. I have to do some research , and figure costs in, buy it wont be near as high.
Anybody in A body land who can help me with the info i need?
