BB A-Body dipstick repro available

Just wanted to pass this on as pretty sure this is a brand new reproduction part.

I have been looking for the correct dipstick for my 68 Barracuda 383 for some time now. Just discovered a couple nights ago that Hoffman's Winners Circle is now reproducing the tube AND dipstick as a package. Finally!

After one email to them, they pointed me to Mega Parts in Wisconsin that they knew had ordered a supply. Hoffman's part number is #9411, and Mega Parts part number is 101-EDS9411. $55 for the tube and dipstick.

If any of you big block A-body collectors/restorers are looking for a dipstick, you now have a source.

Older post I know. I did purchase one of these tubes and sticks. I compared to my 68's original and it is exacting for big block A-body with 893 oil pan.

Got one for my 69 a couple years ago and it matched correctly. Thought 68 was the same!

Correct Gerald, 67 through 69 were the same for an actual A-body big block with 893 pan. They've made the tubes, but not the sticks until recently as far as I know or could ever find..

Mine came as an assembly from Hoffman through whoever the retailer was (Don't remember). It matched what I had exactly. Never used the stick because the curvature was off a tad and my original stick was fine. The length and markings were same though.

Maybe my original stick is not so original? My tube was.

Also have a 7qt Moroso pan at the moment! Hard to pay 1k + for an original nice 893. Course they will soon be around for about 2-3 bills. Only thing that matters to me is knowing the full 7 is in there!
