Here is an engine cradle I found online that looks identical to one I bought on fleabay several years ago. Pukey color, mine is Mopar turquoise (or very close) but the price is excellent. Mine works great, but if memory serves me, I had to drill an extra hole in one of the verticle plates in the back to make it fit my 440. For the price, I am not complaining.

I have rolled it around the garage, rolled it onto a moving truck, etc, etc.

Price is listed at 34.95 (plus shipping)

(Says it will work for SB also) I hope this is useful to someone.

Disclaimer; just saying, looks like mine, and requires some assembly. :)

Looks like the same flimsy piece that many others sell.

People wonder why other more sturdy units don't get built anymore.

Stars and stripes tool co.... product likely made in china... priceless

I have no complaints with mine.

Just thought some are looking for an economical solution.

No sweat.

No problem here.

I used to build some really study ones that these POS undercut. I can't even buy the materials to make something similar for the cost of that one. Decent casters alone run almost $24. I've seen them and IMO, they are grossly underbuilt. Seen them collapse. To me, you shouldn't have to do any modifying for something that is sold to fit a specific engine. JMHO. I guess at that price you can afford to get out a drill bit... :)

Same group that chides wal-mart will buy these... go figure.
