Depends on the bearing retaininer diameter of the bell housing and the bearing retainer size on the transmission. There were a few different diameters.

The bell you have is for 81 to 87 dodge truck with overdrive manual trans .

I have one in my 70 340 Duster with an OD trans. You will need to change the clutch fork mount in the bell housing as the truck one is differant from the cars. Fork will be ether to high or to low to line up adjuster linkage, I for get witch. U can get the mount at brewers.
