Beltline weatherstrip 69 Dart 2 door

Has anyone ever tried to replace beltline weatherstrip (cats wiskers inside and rubber outside) without taking the glass out? Or does glass need to come out of car? looking for some guidance.

Have done '68s before, and just did my '66 with the glass in. Roll the windows all the way down (duh!) and use plastic trim tools for removal & installation to avoid accidentally chipping/scratching (or worse) your glass or paint.
