Meguiar's Plast-X will remove some fine scratches and clean it up nice.

I'm assuming you are trying to clean up the clear plastic over the gauges and stuff?

k. ordered the novus 3 step and assorted dremel tool attachments.

Go gently, don't get it hot...the plastic is very soft.
I have had good results buffing by hand.

Any hints with gluing these parts back into shell (plastic dash)? ABS filler cut from plumbing fixtures and a solder iron?
