that was the first song on the last real zep album.....When I was growing up, dad always had old records and cassettes with bands like the Who, black Sabbath, CCR, Deep Purple, Bread, Led Zep, so I always liked them, plus I listened to alot of oldies while building model cars as a kid too.
But the one song that did it for me and got me hooked was "In the Evening" by Led Zepplin....I was maybe 10 years old? Had an old 45 record player that we had, went through the records and put this one on, first time I heard it I thought it was real baddass and felt like I shouldn't be listening to it or I might get into trouble!! LOL.....I still love that song and the band, every time I hear it, it brings me back to the time I was sitting on the bedroom floor by the record player......I still have that old record, I will get a pic of it :glasses7:
