well, I thought I would throw this out there and maybe someone has a friend who would be interested in this. I don't think I have any use for it anymore. I used to deal in Chevy's before I stumbled on my Duster and I was building a Chevelle. I have a big block 454 engine that I had bored .030 over and had all the machine work done on it. The heads have been gone through and the crank is standard. I have the complete engine and some extra parts I am getting ready to sell. I have the block greased down and wrapped right now to keep it nice and rust free. When I get my sons 360 done this week I am going to pull it out and clean it up and take pics so if anyone knows anyone who needs a good engine to build, let me know. I am asking $1500.00 for all of it. Bill

oh, I forgot to add that this is a HP block. I am also throwing in a standard bore 400 small block. just the block with the caps on it.

I have some pics of this 454 now. I was going to sell this as a complete engine but I cannot find the oil pan so I have decided to part the parts. So if you Mopar fans have any Chevy buddies, let me know and I can hook them up. Block and heads are ready to build. Crank will need to turn 0.010 under just to be safe. Knowing the engine I wouldnt hesitate to polish it and go but Might turn it to be safe. I put almost $500.00 in machine work in the block alone.
