Big Block Duster w/2" tube headers: Best solution to avoid burning plugs?

`71 Duster w/BB 440, have 2 in. tube headers to install. Previous car owner had trouble w/ headers burning out the standard length plugs (tubes too close, tight fit in there!) so the stocks are back in. Much thanks for any help here.
 
I run the heat sleeves on mine. Ive been running the same set of wires now for 10 years. Moroso Ultra 40s btw.
 
if you are taking about the plug wires. i ran mine under the headers from the front.
then the wires are nowhere near the hot pipes. but i have fenderwell headers on mine.

thats the proper way to put wires on a bigblock anyway
 
I run Jacobs Ceramic Spark Plug Wire.
