Big block throttle cable length

I am swapping a 400 in my 69 Dart where a slant six used to reside. Can someone tell me what the correct length cable is that I will need as I need to get one? I also have an Eddy RPM manifold on the motor if it matters. I believe my original slant six cable will be way too long.

use the slant six cable

Either use the slant cable or get a small block cable. The big block cable that year one sells is for stock manifold/carb so if you are using anything else or a spacer/insulator etc…it may not be long enough. It wasn’t long enough for my 383 with the DP4B intake, 1/2” insulator and Demon carb.
