Big vs Small ball joint arms

Can anyone point me in the direction of a thread or just the info as to how to tell the difference in size for the big vs small ball joint upper arms?

The ball joint socket is larger on the big ball joints. I will see if I can find some more details for you.

The small Ball joint is 1 3/4" nut size and the large is 1 7/8", not sure about the threaded portion of the ball joints.

Hmmm, I wonder why. They offered the best information on the thread without some of the other wrong information that was there so that is why I used them.
