SUCCESS!!!!
So hooked up a longer piece of hose to the return line and did a lil suck and blow on the line. I could see the fluid going up and down in the resevoir. Once I felt like there was no air in the lines, I hooked everything back up and went for a drive. Still no power steering.....
SO, out of frustration and because the car is running so good otherwise, I decided to do a burnout. I shifted around 4500rpm and VIOLA!!!!, I now have power steering. I drove it around for a few miles and checked the fluid level and all is well again. My theory is the relief valve must have gotten stuck and the extra rpm loosened it up.
