I don't know who owns it today, it may be restored by now. That video could be 3-4 years old.

YEP! The video has ben around for years. Still a very cool car!!!!
 
I used to watch that car race at Cayuga in the 70's. I saw a car just like it at a car show a couple of years back and talked to the owner. It turned out to be Frank Elliott himself. He sold the original car years ago and decided to build his own clone.
