Is there any software or web sites out there where you can swap colors on cars.

The Jet
Photoshop is the way to go but it does have a steep learning curve. There a few masters on Here and on Moparts and BBD that will do changes for you if your posting starts with "Photoshop Experts" and then post your request. I have "googysgotacuda" change colors and rims for me for a Scamp Idea and you would swear this result looked like an original photo.
