Well I have been kicking around the idea of throwing Professional fuel injection III on my big block 440 duster.I have had it dyno'd at 435 tq and 534 hp.I runs great with my holley but I really want fuel injection.

My question is has anyone used the professional products carb look a like.if so please post up any comments you my have. Thank you.

I have done some other systems and the power/torque and the way it drives is awesome, starting is touch of the key and thats it.The systems cost good money for sure,BUT,if you drive your ride alot, its a no brainer, mrmopartech

i have used there product and also my freind not what they are all cracked up to be -customer support is bad we both have removed and he went back to carb and i went with port injection

Yes i have been looking at the fast system i like the way it looks and today i checked out a couple videos related to them. But i was really looking at for some real world insight. As for starting right up thats always a plus. I never really had a problem with starting just keeping my foot out of it long enough to make down the road past the next fueling station. At times i feel like Norm from cheers. Was hoping someone was going to tell me they are able to go past several before refueling. But with a big block i guess thats a pipe dream !!!!!

The EZ EFI sytem is light years ahead of the Pro Products stuff. And the support you get from Comp is second to none.

I bought the EZ EFI kit for my 69 dart with a 360, I havent put it on yet but I will let you know when I do.

I did a lot of research on fuel injection kits and an engine/fuel injection tuner sold me on this one, not on purpose though. He was unfamiliar with the specifications of it, but was quick to dismiss it, told me the shop down the street installed 3 and they all leaked fuel. I think he didnt like the fact that it tuned itself, replaces his job. He also dismissed the edelbrock system, even though he tuned one for a friend of mine, he told me it was batch fire and it is sequential (proflo2), something he should know as a the guy who tuned it, sels it and runs a business called fuel injection specialists.

You will obviously get the most power out of a port injection/sequential system, which some guys will tell you that you "need". I had a 91 camaro 305 tbi when I was younger, not a super fast car but it was reliable and had a good torque curve below 4k, overall a fun/torquey car. That was a small 2 barrel tbi with a stock intake. Now these new designs are 1000 cfm and have big injectors and use whatever intake you want.

There is a guy on here with the dual quad ez efi, he likes it, probably similar to the projection. I think the projection is more form than function, I wouldnt buy it for a few reasons, the ecu is on the hot throttle body, I dont like the company that makes it, there is no hand held controller(need a laptop), and fast specializes in fuel injection, professional products doesn't.

I couldnt find to many people online that used the projection, there are a couple, 50/50 approval rating I think. You will find a few more people with the fast set up in the fast tech forum, they all seem to be pleased. The common problem most people have is not getting a good tach signal to the ecu, need an ignition box with a tach output, without a good rpm signal it will run like crap.

get the fast set up, my 2 cents
