Bolt size and hole size

I lost my cam thrust plate bolts, I was wondering what size bolt and what size is the hole that is drilled into the oil bolt? I have a lathe so I can drill the bolt when I get them.

5/16", coarse thread, 5/8" long, grade 8.

I'd guess 3/32 on the hole. Minor thread diameter is .24" approx, so 1/8" would be eating a lot out of the diameter.
