BORGESON POWER STEERING

I have a 71 Dart swinger with power steering and want to switch to a Borgeson box and was just wonder what measurement they are looking for when they say 1 1/4 or 1 1/8 size for the pitman arm ? Isnt the shaft a tapered spline ?

A 71 Dart will have the smaller unless the steering box has been changed out. Your pitman arm can then be directly swapped to the Borgeson.
