Bought a really good older book

I just bought a older engine book off ebay the other day and it has already helped me answer a few question I otherwise couldn't have..It is called How to Hot Rod Small Block Mopar Engines and it is by HP Books. The date on it is 1989 and it included all the LA heads and cating numbers as well as the size valves and combustion chamber sizes. I also like it because it is pre Magnum so it talks about which heads work the best and what kind of performance should be expected.

they turn out some great books... I have a number of them. Not sure if I have that one though, now I'll have to go look!

If you look on the back cover you see a pic of a big block.
