Braided stainless cleaner

What does everybody use to clean the braided stainless hose? Is there a special cleaner? Thanks in advance.

There is a stainless steel cleaner in a spray can, and then scrub away with a tooth brush.
I have tin work in the back of my Duster and after a road trip or a good burn out, dam does it take a lot to clean it all!
