brake booster in way

so i bought some used mopar performance valve covers and went to put them on but my huge brake booster for the power brakes is in my way. this is not going to be a daily driver or anything but wouldnt mind keeping the power brakes. options? ......but if i was to change to manual brakes what all would be involved?

Dont change to manual brakes, too much work and parts to change. One time I took the booster off and put the covers on and then put the booster back on. One other time I had to grind down one of the fins a little to get it on but you couln't see it once it was on.
