Brake booster rod?

I have disc brakes on my 73 duster and want to install the booster. I need the rod for a power brake car...everyone says the rod is different than the manual disc? Any body have one for sale and what years are the same?

What is your booster off of? I think there's supposed to be a bracket the booster attaches to and a bell crank assy. that goes inside the car.

I really need all of it...did not know about the bracket...can someone help? I bet the field of dreams has one...
